BeKombucha is an artisanal drink made from green tea, it is brewed in Belgium, in the province of Namur. Our workshop exclusively dedicated to kombucha, which allows us to guarantee it without gluten. BeKombucha is unpasteurized in order to preserve the nutrients resulting from the fermentation.
And what does it taste?
A drink with a delicate taste of green tea, fruity, slightly sweet, very slightly sparkling with a little acid side that brings a note of originality.
The best time to drink BeKombucha is before breakfast. But you can also drink it during the morning snack, afternoon tea or cocktail … To preserve the benefit of its nutrients, beKombucha is unpasteurized. It is necessary to keep it in the refrigerator in order to slow down the fermentation process. We recommend a week’s storage in the refrigerator for a matter of taste. beKombucha is a natural product and “alive”, the fermentation will continue and its taste will evolve, its acidulous side will intensify.
But everything is about taste … Some customers prefer it sweet, in this case to consume within 7 days, others prefer it more vinegary, in this case to consume within 30 days.

Having a busy working life with a certain amount of stress, I sought to counteract the harmful effects of our lifestyle by taking better care of my health. I gradually turned to foods that do me good. Among them, I discovered kombucha, which appeared to me as an alternative to commercial drinks very sweet and uninteresting for my health. Not convinced by what I found in store, I decided to produce my own kombucha for my personal consumption. Faced with the growing interest in my environment and convinced of its benefits, I took the bet a little crazy to market beKombucha to discover it beyond my circle of friends. My main wish is to produce a drink of quality, healthy and respectful of the environment, from where the local and artisanal manufacture.

BeKombucha is an unpasteurized drink that contains probiotics. It is not recommended for pregnant women, young children and immunocompromised people. As this drink is a detoxifier, we recommend that you start gradually with 100ml a day. Indeed, by drinking a glass a day the first weeks, you will gradually evacuate toxins accumulated in your body without this generates undesirable effects.
